Welcome back to Mind to Soul, where your thought will meet transformation. I'm happy to have you back here. I'm so grateful you've decided to share time and space with me. . Today we'll be talking about a very important topic. It's what sits at the heart of who we are. I'm talking about self-care, self boundaries and self-advocacy.

This podcast is going to be divided into three different sessions. I will start with self-care, and then the next two sessions we'll talk about self boundaries and self-advocacy. We'll be exploring something that sits at the core of every healthy, grounded, and fulfilled human being, the power of self, specifically self-care, self boundary, and self-advocacy . These three are like the leg of the tripod when one is missing our inner balance wobbles. When all three are in harmony, we move throughout life with strength, peace, and purpose.
